Ronald Hartridge is currently a Downstate Recruiter for SUNY Corning Community College, where he plays a vital role in helping athletic programs find the best-fit student-athletes for their teams. In addition to his work at Corning, Ronald serves as a Parent Coordinator at P.S. 153 in the Bronx, NY, and is an advocate for the NYC Fatherhood Initiative, where he focuses on providing resources and support to fathers in need.
His role as a college recruiter holds a special place in his heart, as it directly impacts the success of youth seeking collegiate opportunities. At Corning Community College, Ronald organizes campus bus tours and hosts in-person meetings at high schools to spread the message of college access and success. He is deeply committed to ensuring that every student-athlete has the resources they need to pursue their higher education goals. Ronald is honored to be a part of SIE and looks forward to supporting college recruitment efforts and helping prospective students achieve their dreams.
