MORE ABOUT COACH PAIGE

Paige Hendershot, RD/RDN, began her academic journey at SUNY Corning Community College, where she earned an Associate's Degree in Social Sciences and Humanities. Outside the classroom, Paige was an active member of the women's soccer and softball teams and later volunteered as the assistant soccer coach. She went on to complete her Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics at SUNY Buffalo State University, where she also competed collegiately in soccer.

Currently, Paige works at WIC (Supplemental Nutrition for Women, Infants, and Children) and provides one-on-one nutrition counseling, specializing in Intuitive Eating—an anti-diet approach that helps individuals make peace with food and rediscover the joys of eating. Paige is in the process of obtaining her certification in Intuitive Eating. She is excited to be a part of SIE's nutritional team, where she continues to support individuals on their health and wellness journeys.
