Coach E has done nothing but dedicate herself to me throughout my college application process. She works overtime, and no matter the time of day, she will email me back faster than some can say. She treats me like an adult and has taught me how to be responsible for important things. She never lets me fall behind.

Coach E is an incredible counselor who always goes above and beyond to support me, no matter what I need. She is always there to offer guidance, teach me to be more responsible, and make sure I am on the right path to succeed. Her dedication and support make the stressful college process so much easier, and I am incredibly grateful for her!

Coach E is an amazing counselor who always helps when someone needs it. Even when she’s busy, she responds quickly and makes sure everyone feels supported. Her kindness and dedication mean so much to me, and I know my senior year would have been much harder without her.

I’d say one word to describe Coach E’s support and counseling is comfort. She allows the natural energy flow easily, but isn’t hesitant to offer input where it’s needed.

I would highly recommend utilizing the SIE: Success is Earned program for any young student athlete that aspires to play collegiately. Yvonne is a young woman of high moral and ethical character whose life experiences make her the perfect person to facilitate this kind of informative platform for athletes and parents alike. She went through the recruitment process out of high school and again out of a Junior College to a four-year college. She has seen all sides of what needs to be considered in finding the “right fit” in the college search process and her sharing her journey as well as what she learned to and not to look for is beneficial for everyone to hear. This is Yvonne’s calling and a testament to her desire to give back to the game and the youth in her community.

It was such a pleasure to coach Yvonne at the collegiate level. Yvonne was extremely coachable and was determined on getting better. She held herself accountable on her failures and consistently worked on not only getting better but working at what she loved. She has passion for this game and it showed when she was on the field. I loved the focus she had at the plate and how she walked up there with a purpose. The way Yvonne commanded the field at first base and communicated with her teammates was top notch leadership and I was very grateful having her presence help build a program. I am so proud of everything she has accomplished and I can’t wait to see the impact she is going to make on so many young softball players. Just knowing Yvonne made me a better person and I know she is going to do the same with everyone she meets.
